We know that insurance can be confusing. As a courtesy to our patients, we will check your health benefits before you arrive to determine whether there will be a copay, deductible, or coinsurance for treatment services.
Our Lafayette, LA physical therapy clinic also offers a private pay plan for those patients who do not have health insurance or who have maxed out their benefits. The cost of your therapy can also be spread over time with one of our self-pay plans.
